All returned items must maintain their original condition, including all parts, packaging, and documentation. They should not exhibit any signs of use, alteration, or damage.

In the case of a manufacturing defect covered by warranty for electrical items, we will attempt to repair it. If repair is not feasible, we will proceed with a replacement or refund according to the warranty terms. Additionally, items exhibiting defects not resulting from misuse can be returned or exchanged within the designated return period, provided proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds are administered through the original payment method utilized for the purchase. The refund will be credited back to the same card for credit card transactions.
