Shipping & Delivery

After placing an order, Crate & Crafts will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We will contact you to book a suitable delivery date using the contact details you provided. While we aim to deliver your complete order in one visit, there may be instances where items arrive at our warehouse at different times, resulting in separate deliveries.

Delivery costs depend on your location and the weight of the goods purchased, and the exact shipping and handling amount will be calculated and displayed during Checkout. 

You can track the location of your order using a unique order tracking link sent to you via email. For larger orders, we will arrange a suitable delivery time that requires white glove delivery.

If you request that products be delivered or assembled in separate visits, the delivery charge will apply separately for each visit. 

We recommend inspecting the products upon delivery for damages and notifying the delivery personnel immediately. If you notice an issue later, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, please contact us to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. In case of delivery restrictions or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if no one is home when our team arrives, a redelivery charge will apply. Exchanges & Returns

At Crate & Crafts, “we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, you can shop with peace of mind knowing that we are committed to your satisfaction.”

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To make the process as easy as possible, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of delivery, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.

Please note that certain items, such as fabric, curtains, wall papers, used furniture, bedding, duvets, pillows, and damaged items cannot be exchanged.

Defective items may be returned, exchanged, or repaired if the defect is not due to misuse or failure to follow proper care instructions, and original receipts are required. 

To request a refund or exchange for a faulty product, please contact Crate & Crafts via our website contact form, email, or customer care number. If your refund does not require the item to be returned, you will be notified by email or phone call. 

Refunds are processed as quickly as possible upon receipt of the returned item at our distribution center, but please allow 15-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. 

If you wish to return an item for a refund and paid for it through our website, please contact our customer service team, but note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
