We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. To make the process as easy as possible, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 10 days of delivery, provided that the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging and condition.
Please note that certain items, such as fabric, curtains, wall papers, used furniture, bedding, duvets, pillows, and damaged items cannot be exchanged.
Defective items may be returned, exchanged, or repaired if the defect is not due to misuse or failure to follow proper care instructions, and original receipts are required.Â
To request a refund or exchange for a faulty product, please contact Crate & Crafts via our website contact form, email, or customer care number. If your refund does not require the item to be returned, you will be notified by email or phone call.Â
Refunds are processed as quickly as possible upon receipt of the returned item at our distribution center, but please allow 15-20 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement.Â
If you wish to return an item for a refund and paid for it through our website, please contact our customer service team, but note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
