Shipping & Delivery
After placing an order, Crate & Crafts will provide you with an estimated delivery date. We will contact you to book a suitable delivery date using the contact details you provided. While we aim to deliver your complete order in one visit, there may be instances where items arrive at our warehouse at different times, resulting in separate deliveries.
Delivery costs depend on your location and the weight of the goods purchased, and the exact shipping and handling amount will be calculated and displayed during Checkout.
You can track the location of your order using a unique order tracking link sent to you via email. For larger orders, we will arrange a suitable delivery time that requires white glove delivery.
If you request that products be delivered or assembled in separate visits, the delivery charge will apply separately for each visit.
We recommend inspecting the products upon delivery for damages and notifying the delivery personnel immediately. If you notice an issue later, please contact our customer support team via email or phone. If you are unavailable to collect your delivery, please contact us to schedule a convenient delivery date and time. In case of delivery restrictions or cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or if no one is home when our team arrives, a redelivery charge will apply.
